About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage Accounts Receivable activities across the Americas
  • Review bank statements, identify incoming payments, and apply receipts in the ERP system
  • Monitor open items, overdue balances, and past-due receivables
  • Proactively contact customers to understand and resolve delinquent accounts and protested invoices
  • Issue and manage payment slips
  • Process export receipts
  • Perform credit analysis
  • Prepare management reports
  • Reconcile customer accounting accounts
  • Provide audit support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP and PivotTables)
  • Advanced English proficiency
