About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer the Group’s systems and ensure the availability of infrastructure, applications, and backups
  • Analyze and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 technical incidents
  • Maintain and develop scripts to automate operations
  • Manage production releases for application enhancements
  • Participate in monitoring and testing the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)
  • Contribute to architecture evolution projects and the deployment of new technical solutions
  • Ensure that new solutions are consistent with the existing environment
  • Participate in projects involving VMware, Linux EDR, VDI, vulnerability scanning, monitoring, CMDB, Linux IAM, firewall segmentation, and business application upgrades

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in IT or infrastructure engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience operating on-premises production infrastructures, including virtualization, storage, backup, Windows, and Linux
  • Proficiency in VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, Veeam, SAN storage, Azure, OCI, and Ansible
  • Knowledge of Linux, Bash/Python, Oracle Database, or Talend is a plus
  • Self-directed and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Results-oriented
  • Comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience in an international environment required
  • Strong command of technical English required
