Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of hands-on experience in consulting, business analysis, or business architecture within the financial services sector
Understanding of the business and regulatory challenges of the financial industry, such as segregation of duties
Strong interest in IT and technology
Motivation to use AI tools such as Claude Cowork/Code and OpenAI Frontier
Confident use of process modeling techniques
Ability to derive technical requirements from business needs
Excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality
Very good command of German and English
