About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner and proxy to the Head of AI & DT&A Practice
  • Drive and support strategic initiatives across the AI Lab and DT&A Practice
  • Coordinate with National Service Line and AI Lab team leaders
  • Own agendas, materials, and facilitation for weekly, monthly, and quarterly leadership forums
  • Own the leadership operating rhythm, meeting cadences, follow-through, and initiative accountability
  • Translate priorities into structured plans with owners and timelines
  • Drive AI-specific commercial strategy, pipeline hygiene, and GTM Champion engagement
  • Own governance for AI use case intake, prioritization, and production deployment
  • Steward the firm's AI investment and forecast AI spend against measurable output
  • Partner with FP&A on budgets, goals, KPIs, metrics, and recommended actions
  • Own the Lab's operating calendar and leadership meeting rhythm
  • Identify operational pain points and develop improvement and scaling strategies
  • Lead AI GTM Champion calls and channel management
  • Track and report pipeline, won work, revenue, and AI consent metrics
  • Represent AI on the firm-level Strategic Pricing initiative
  • Develop and execute communications and change management plans
  • Prepare materials for SteerCo, Board, Partner meetings, townhalls, and Practice Leader calls
  • Build relationships with business and functional leaders
  • May manage, coach, and mentor direct reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a chief of staff / TMO-type role
  • Deep fluency in AI as a strategist and operator, not as a developer
  • Proven track record running complex, multi-stakeholder programs at the firm or practice level
  • Excellent writing and executive communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting to boards, partners, and C-suite
  • Ability to operate independently without close supervision
  • Strong command of priorities and deadlines
  • Highly organized, with ability to zoom out to strategy and zoom in to execution
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher)
