About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' technology landscapes, processes, and associated risks aligned to enterprise risk management frameworks
Lead and conduct program and control-level audits, assessments, SOC readiness reviews, and technical testing
Generate findings and recommendations and produce actionable client deliverables
Oversee engagement planning, budget development, progress monitoring, and quality control of deliverables
Provide client service and nurture client relationships as a liaison between clients and project teams
Identify industry developments and trends and articulate their potential impact on clients
Mentor team members through coaching, feedback, and annual performance reviews
Help project teams resolve multi-faceted issues
Contribute to and implement firm-approved AI-enabled client solutions in accordance with data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards
Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes
Work on projects involving IT controls, IT governance, risk and compliance, cybersecurity, SOC readiness, enterprise risk management, cloud, and emerging technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional services experience in a client-facing role at an accounting firm, consulting firm, or commensurate experience
Strong technical and analytical skills across IT audit, IT controls, cybersecurity, SOC readiness, enterprise risk management (ERM), cloud, and/or emerging technologies
Excellent written and verbal communications and analytical thinking skills
Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and helping project teams resolve multi-faceted issues
Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
CISA or CPA is preferred
