Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Technology and Finance leaders
  • Align enterprise technology decisions with business strategy, finance performance, and operating model objectives
  • Evaluate complex technology landscapes, including NetSuite environments
  • Cultivate client relationships and serve as a subject matter expert
  • Lead structured discovery sessions and executive workshops
  • Assess technology, process, and operating model maturity
  • Evaluate ERP fit, architectural constraints, and ecosystem implications
  • Evaluate optimize-versus-replace-versus-augment decisions across ERP, EPM, and adjacent enterprise platforms
  • Conduct vendor evaluations and capability assessments
  • Develop future-state visioning materials, executive business cases, and phased transformation roadmaps
  • Support implementation strategies and lead key execution phases
  • Identify and resolve issues and risks, escalating project issues to leadership when necessary
  • Oversee project setup, planning, budgeting, account management, and billing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on comprehensive solution roadmaps
  • Mentor team members through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
  • Cultivate new client relationships and deepen existing ones
  • Stay informed about emerging AI tools and identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in technology advisory, enterprise applications consulting, or finance transformation within a professional services environment
  • Participation in 2–4 full-cycle NetSuite implementations as a functional lead or core team member
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes, including close, reporting, revenue, inventory, consolidations, and manufacturing accounting
  • Experience engaging Technology and Finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in structured assessment and strategy engagements
  • Ability to diagnose root causes before prescribing solutions
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and shaping direction without a predefined answer
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and resolving multifaceted issues
  • Ability to communicate intricate concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Track record of building and developing strong client relationships
  • Ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools
  • Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, or another technical discipline
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% based on client preferences
