Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a strategic advisor to Technology and Finance leaders, aligning enterprise technology decisions with business strategy, finance performance, and operating model objectives
Evaluate complex technology landscapes, including NetSuite environments, and guide clients toward scalable, future-ready solutions
Lead structured discovery sessions and executive workshops assessing technology, process, and operating model maturity
Assess ERP fit, architectural constraints, and ecosystem implications using NetSuite implementation experience
Evaluate optimize-versus-replace-versus-augment decisions across ERP, EPM, and adjacent enterprise platforms
Conduct vendor evaluations and capability assessments based on business outcomes
Develop future-state visioning materials, executive business cases, and phased transformation roadmaps
Support implementation strategy development and lead key execution phases
Identify and resolve issues and risks, escalating project issues to leadership when necessary
Oversee project setup, planning, budgeting, account management, billing, and project completion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop client solution roadmaps
Mentor team members through coaching, feedback, and annual performance reviews
Cultivate new client relationships and deepen existing ones
Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and identify compliant opportunities to improve client solutions and internal processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in technology advisory, enterprise applications consulting, or finance transformation within a professional services environment
Participation in 2–4 full-cycle NetSuite implementations as a functional lead or core team member
Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes, including close, reporting, revenue, inventory, consolidations, and manufacturing accounting
Experience engaging Technology and Finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in structured assessment and strategy engagements
Demonstrated ability to diagnose root causes before prescribing solutions
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and shaping direction without a predefined answer
Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and assisting project teams in resolving multifaceted issues
Strong track record communicating intricate concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Success building and developing strong client relationships
Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools
Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, or another technical discipline
Willingness to travel up to 40% based on client preferences
