About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide day-to-day functional support for US-based clients using Sage Intacct
Resolve issues, process enhancement requests, and optimize system configurations
Troubleshoot functional problems across Sage Intacct modules
Support Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Month-End Close workflow improvements
Collaborate with US-based consultants and client stakeholders during overlapping business hours
Resolve support tickets and enhancement requests
Prepare status updates and escalate issues or risks to project managers
Participate in team meetings, client calls, and knowledge-sharing sessions
Assist with data analysis, import/export formatting, testing, and documentation
Identify recurring support issues and recommend configuration or process changes
Maintain documentation of support activities, configurations, and resolutions
Leverage AI-powered tools and automation
Stay current on AI developments relevant to finance and ERP systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–6 years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing Sage Intacct in a consulting, advisory, or client-services environment
Solid command of Sage Intacct modules: General Ledger, AP/AR, Billing, Procurement, Expenses, and Revenue Recognition
Strong understanding of accounting concepts, including Chart of Accounts, Journal Entries, Trial Balance, and Intercompany transactions
Experience collaborating with remote, cross-functional teams and US-based stakeholders across multiple time zones
Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Ability to analyze and format data for Sage Intacct imports and exports
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with AI tools and openness to emerging technologies
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience with project coordination tools, ticketing platforms, and remote collaboration software such as Jira, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams
Availability for partial overlap with US Eastern or Central time zones
Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist certification strongly preferred
Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent accounting designation is a plus
