About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation
  • Review mortgage loan disclosure packages and deliver them to borrowers
  • Create rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages and deliver them to borrowers
  • Review loan documents and files, identify deficiencies, and notify mortgage loan officers or processors
  • Clarify or correct information and obtain additional information by phone or email
  • Provide clerical and phone support to loan officers and processors
  • Support management across various lending and processing stages
  • Assist in managing pipelines of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K, and reverse mortgage loans
  • Deliver appraisals or property valuations and retrieve proof of receipt
  • Track outstanding items and follow up with customers for required documentation
  • Coordinate timely loan closings with title companies and customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact
  • Previous sales support experience, preferred
  • Salesforce experience, preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Primarily operates within Pacific Time zone working hours to support the West Coast region
