About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Automate deployment and configuration of Claroty CTD sensors and Zscaler components using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD
Build integrations through both platforms' APIs and manage access policies as code with version control, review and rollback
Support day-to-day operation across international plants, including monitoring, health checks, updates and troubleshooting
Work with IT and OT teams on network segmentation and secure remote access to plant networks, including vendor and third-party access
Connect the platforms to the wider security landscape, including SIEM, ticketing and monitoring tools
Write runbooks, standards and documentation so operations can be handed over and scaled to new sites
Help client teams improve security platform delivery, focusing on repeatability, reliability and low operational risk in production environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience with Claroty (CTD or similar tools) and Zscaler for IoT, OT monitoring, and Zero Trust access
Several years of experience as a DevOps, DevSecOps, platform or automation engineer
Production experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Ansible
Solid CI/CD experience with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or Jenkins
Scripting experience in Python, Bash or PowerShell, including work with REST APIs
Strong network and security background: firewalls, VPN, segmentation, traffic analysis (SPAN/TAP, Wireshark) and Zero Trust access concepts
Knowledge of industrial environments, including SCADA, PLC, IEC 62443 and Purdue model, is an advantage
Structured, security-minded and hands-on approach
Ability to learn new platforms quickly and work carefully in environments where uptime matters
Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, OT and security teams in an international, distributed setup
Excellent English skills
Experience as a contractor or freelancer on a B2B basis is an advantage
