About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and optimize SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) environments for clients across Switzerland
Contribute to the adoption of SAP Central Invoice Management (CIM) based on OpenText ECM technologies
Analyze business requirements and design tailored invoice management solutions
Configure, test, and enhance SAP VIM, SAP CIM, and OpenText platforms
Guide clients through implementation, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support
Deliver user training sessions
Prepare functional documentation and ensure knowledge transfer across project teams
Act as trusted advisor and first point of contact for clients regarding implementations and future initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions
Solid hands-on knowledge of OpenText ECM platforms and invoice processing workflows
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP-based solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Structured and customer-oriented approach
Excellent communication skills and a professional consulting mindset
Fluency in German and good English
Experience with SAP Central Invoice Management (CIM) is nice to have
Background in SAP Accounts Payable, Financial Processes, or Enterprise Content Management projects is nice to have
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and intelligent document processing initiatives is nice to have
Previous consulting experience within international SAP environments is nice to have
Relevant SAP, OpenText, or ECM certifications are nice to have
