About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop new features for the Identity product group
Work as part of the cloud product software engineering team
Collaborate closely with UI and Sensor teams
Build and launch large, distributed systems
Contribute in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting
Mentor junior engineers
Manage competing priorities and bring order to ambiguous scenarios
Communicate clearly and effectively, in writing and verbally, across the organization and with senior leadership
Apply a data-driven and analytical approach
Contribute to responsible AI adoption, experimentation, and innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be eligible for CJIS clearance (requires U.S. citizenship or Green Card/permanent resident status)
3+ years of professional software development experience
3+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language such as Go, Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
1+ year of experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems, including architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling
Experience building cloud-deployed applications
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
BS/BE in CS or related field
Ability to work well with a group of senior engineers in a dynamic, fast paced environment
