About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned strategic customer accounts
Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer security teams and leadership
Understand customer security operations workflows, use cases, and business objectives
Mentor customer teams on Falcon best practices and threat hunting techniques
Operate within customer contract scope and project timelines
Coordinate with CrowdStrike and government program managers and prime/sub teammates as required
Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance for CrowdStrike Falcon and associated applications
Assist customers with operationalizing all Falcon platform modules
Troubleshoot customer issues across small to large enterprises
Utilize and engineer native and third-party software deployment technologies
Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs
Manage customer project planning and status
Collaborate with customer information technology teams
Support customers in vulnerability and asset management using CrowdStrike applications such as Exposure Management
Assist customers with integrating CrowdStrike into existing tools
Guide customer leads with incident management functions
Collaborate with Professional Services to develop customer-facing collateral

Requirements

What you’ll need

U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident and based solely on U.S. soil
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field, and/or equivalent military or work experience
5+ years of experience with relevant security applications, including endpoint, identity, cloud, or SIEM
3+ years of client-facing consulting experience
Basic understanding of software deployment technologies
Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
Experience in computer and network systems security
Solid analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences
Strong presentation and training delivery capabilities
Ability to work independently in a remote/embedded environment
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Ability to produce clear written deliverables suitable for government audiences, including technical reports, status briefs, SSP/POA&M artifacts, and executive read-aheads
Comfort operating with limited connectivity and restricted tooling
Demonstrated discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and classified information
Experience with or knowledge of Falcon, endpoint security, AV, EDR, SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, IBM BigFix, Puppet, Chef, Citrix, PDQ, PsExec, PowerShell, Python, Bash, Batch, host-based firewall, file integrity management, data protection, vulnerability management, attack surface management, IT automation, SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk, LogScale, Identity, Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, AWS, Azure, and GCP
Currently have or can obtain necessary security clearances, per customer requirement
Experience with AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, Google Assured Workloads, or other FedRAMP High / DoD IL5 environments
Hands-on experience with FedRAMP, RMF (NIST SP 800-37), eMASS, Xacta, STIG Viewer, SCAP/ACAS/Nessus, and continuous monitoring programs
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CCSP, or CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator/Responder are bonus points
Additional background and fingerprint checks consistent with government customer requirements
Periodic alcohol and/or drug testing during employment
