About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of Project Managers
Ensure efficient use of deployment resources to deliver projects on time and within budget
Oversee customer deployment projects
Drive program and process initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
Ensure portfolio delivery efficiency, meet revenue targets, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Develop and implement the Platform Services delivery methodology
Provide mentorship, training, and performance management
Staff, coach, and upskill team members according to their career plans and ambitions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate platform solutions into existing security frameworks
Report on KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure PMO effectiveness and present findings to executive leadership
Ensure PMO practices align with the company’s overall risk management strategy
Apply delivery methodology, implement project standards, and minimize exposure and risk

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education/training/experience or equivalent military experience required
Strong proficiency with project management software, such as Clarizen, Asana, Gainsight, or JIRA
Excellent presentation skills including written, oral, presentation
Good organizational skills including tool utilization (spreadsheets, project management tools, mind maps), information collection, attention to detail, and prioritization
Strong interpersonal skills including appreciation and the ability to elicit collaboration from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments
Flexible to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines; able to promptly and expertly react to project adjustments and alterations
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
This role may require the candidate to periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug test(s) during the course of employment
Must be a U.S. candidate/location eligible for the U.S. role
