About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support integrations for all Falcon modules, including NG-SIEM and Onum
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Business Development
- Support approximately 30 engineers across 300, growing to 500+, integrations
- Drive scheduling, scoping, and end-to-end execution of projects
- Work with Engineering leaders, Product Managers, and Developers to deliver against the roadmap
- Coordinate across functional teams and geographies, including Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States
- Create and drive project schedules, task assignments, dependencies, milestones, and priorities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, product management, design, and technology teams
- Track project activities, critical issues, resolutions, escalations, and schedule progress
- Manage daily and weekly project communications and status reporting
- Lead Scrum meetings and follow up on meeting minutes and action items
- Coordinate work across time zones
- Attend the Pune office 2–3 times per week for in-person collaboration
- Prepare a project-management example describing a challenging project, actions taken, and successful outcome
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be proficient in the use of Jira (query/ticket creation, board creation and facilitation)
- 10+ years of experience working in a program/project management capacity for software development
- Experience with/exposure to large scale platforms and cloud technologies
- Experience with complex inter-dependent technologies
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle and Project Management Methodologies, specifically Agile/Scrum
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework methodology is a plus
- Experience owning a program/portfolio of products/features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and supporting technical teams
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is required
- Must work effectively with cross-functional groups across divisions worldwide
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to make logical, timely decisions
- Ability to proactively and independently drive results
- Demonstrated self-learning capabilities in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to extrapolate context from complex technical conversations and summarize action items and next steps
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally several times a quarter
- Must live within a 30-mile radius of the Pune, India office
