About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, deploy, implement, and provide operational support for the CrowdStrike platform and related applications
Manage all deployment aspects from initial customer engagement through planning, installation, optimization, and follow-on customer support
Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance for the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and associated applications
Assist customers with operationalizing all Falcon platform modules
Troubleshoot customer issues across small to large enterprises
Utilize and engineer native and third-party software deployment technologies
Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs
Handle customer project planning and status
Collaborate with customer information technology teams
Support vulnerability and asset management using CrowdStrike applications such as Exposure Management
Assist customers with integrating CrowdStrike into existing tools
Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with deployment of Falcon and Falcon Forensics Collectors
Develop customer-facing collateral with the Platform Professional Services team
Develop and lead skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
8 years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment
Strong understanding of software deployment technologies
Very knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Strong experience in computer and network systems security
Strong experience presenting technical content to various audiences
Experience mentoring team members
Some experience leading a team to complete projects
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
Endpoint security experience with Falcon platform, AV, or EDR solutions
Software deployment experience with SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, IBM BigFix, Puppet, Chef, Citrix, PDQ, or PsExec
Development experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Batch
Experience with host-based firewall, File Integrity Management, Data Protection, Vulnerability Management, Attack Surface Management, or IT Automation
Compliance knowledge including CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, or HIPPA
Database knowledge including SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk, or LogScale
Identity experience including Active Directory, Azure-AD, or SSO
Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Potential for travel and assignment work
Must periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug tests during employment
