About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build highly fault-tolerant Golang microservices for the Fusion product and supporting ecosystem
Support ultra-high-volume Kafka event pipelines managing customer workflows
Work with Apache Kafka, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Redis, and related technologies
Work on cross-team platform-level initiatives and projects
Troubleshoot critical production issues and implement solutions
Develop platform orchestration and workflow capabilities for CrowdStrike’s Falcon Platform
Support Fusion’s integration with agentic workflow development and next-generation SIEM functionality

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 7 years of overall applicable experience in a technical role
5+ years of recent experience building an event-driven, microservices-oriented architecture
Experienced building streaming platforms at scale
Expert knowledge of Go, Scala, Java, Node.js, or Python
Proven expertise in building distributed systems, microservices, and REST APIs
Production experience with commercial clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP)
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
Experience using both SQL and NoSQL databases
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
Knowledge of Knative or similar open source serverless infrastructure-building frameworks (bonus)
Contributed to the open source community (bonus)
Master’s degree in computer science or related field (bonus)
Golang experience (bonus)
Prior experience with cybersecurity (bonus)
