Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain ownership of a dedicated customer account and facilitate high levels of customer satisfaction
Serve as a trusted advisor for CAO Elite customers' internal teams
Perform sophisticated and tailored threat hunting operations
Research dark web data and tailored threat intelligence based on customer requirements and environment
Provide high-value, actionable threat intelligence aligned to customer requirements
Prepare and deliver customer presentations on intelligence reports, dark web alerts, and threat hunting findings
Deliver briefings and recommendations spanning threat hunting, dark web, and intelligence information
Respond to customer requests for threat intelligence, threat hunting, dark web monitoring, information, and support
Partner across CrowdStrike teams to develop and implement creative solutions
Build lasting customer partnerships
Conduct research, improve threat hunting services, develop specialized intelligence knowledge, and collaborate on broad projects as the role develops

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in two or more of: incident response or security operations, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, and dark web monitoring
Exemplary organizational skills
Ability to communicate executive- and detailed-level findings to clients
Ability to communicate tasks, guidance, and methodology with internal teams
Solution-oriented approach to customer challenges
Ability to work collaboratively within a customer-focused team environment
Presentation, briefing, and report-delivery experience for individual contributors through executives
Experience conducting threat hunting or managing incident response for organizations
Experience investigating targeted threats such as Advanced Persistent Threat, Organized Crime, and Hacktivists
Knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology and data communication concepts and technologies
Technical understanding of security across multiple cloud environments
Knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms, interconnected ecosystems, and unique security vulnerabilities
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes
Experience validating prevention and detection capabilities against complex attacks using MITRE ATT&CK, security validation methodologies, and automated testing approaches
Ability to travel on short notice, up to 5% of the time
Understanding of contemporary scripting languages
Familiarity with application programming interfaces (API)
