About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and optimize end-to-end delivery for one or more scaled Agile programs
  • Translate strategic priorities into integrated, executable roadmaps
  • Enable teams to achieve Program Increment objectives with predictable, high-quality delivery
  • Balance demand, capacity, and investment decisions with Product, Engineering, and business leaders
  • Lead and facilitate Program Increment Planning events
  • Own PI-level communications covering objectives, business value, metrics, risks, and outcomes
  • Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, Product Managers, and organizational leaders
  • Drive adoption and maturity of Agile-Lean principles and practices
  • Lead organizational transformation through coaching, facilitation, training, and process optimization
  • Provide transparency into program health, progress, flow efficiency, quality outcomes, risks, and dependencies
  • Lead executive-level reviews
  • Identify, manage, and resolve program-level risks, impediments, and dependencies
  • Ensure program governance and required delivery documentation
  • Leverage AI-enabled Agile lifecycle and delivery tools to improve planning, forecasting, and delivery insights
  • Use data and AI-assisted analytics to identify trends, predict risks, and support continuous improvement
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and business leaders to deliver business outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in Agile delivery, program management, or related leadership roles
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role within a scaled Agile program or multi-team environment
  • Strong knowledge of Agile-Lean principles, methodologies, and frameworks
  • Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP); scaling Agile certification strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of SDLC practices, including CI/CD, TDD, BDD, and modern engineering practices
  • Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog, program, and delivery management
  • Ability to lead and influence without authority across Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders
  • Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
  • Experience leading distributed and remote teams, including coordination across U.S. and offshore resources
  • Experience with scaled Agile frameworks preferred
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled delivery tools, analytics platforms, or automation capabilities preferred
  • Experience working in regulated industries preferred
  • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
