About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage client relationships across a variety of clients
- Lead multiple audit teams and provide performance feedback after engagements
- Anticipate and address client concerns and resolve problems
- Promote new ideas and business solutions that extend services to existing clients
- Continue learning current developments and Crowe standards and policies
- Monitor industry developments and their effects on clients’ competitive positions
- Develop leadership capabilities, industry insight, and client relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience
- Experience conducting external audits for Commercial Services industry clients, including Energy, Oil & Gas, Food & Commodities, Metals, Supply Chain, Cannabis, Healthcare, Technology Media Telecommunications, Consumer Markets, Life Sciences, Real Estate & Construction, and Manufacturing
- Organization, communication, technical, time management, accounting, and auditing skills
- Ability to interact professionally with clients, prospects, staff, and colleagues
- Ability to multitask across concurrent engagements
- Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on assigned tasks
- Must be a licensed CPA in the aligned home office state or able to acquire a reciprocal license
- Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites
- Ability to work in the United States; Crowe is not sponsoring work authorization
