About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • In-charge audit engagements in accordance with professional standards and firm practices
  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff and interns

  • Execute detailed audit procedures, including reviewing transactions, documents, records, reports, and policies

  • Assist with budgeting, billing, and conflict resolution for audit engagements
  • Participate in internal projects and initiatives to improve audit processes and methodologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum Bachelor of Commerce degree required
  • Chartered Accountant required
  • CPA eligibility desired
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in public accounting
  • US GAAP audit experience required
  • Excellent project management, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional presence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • Ability to travel to various client sites or Crowe offices
  • Ability to overlap a portion of each workday with the US team work schedule
  • Work schedule of 11 am to 8 pm India local time
