About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide operational support across the project or engagement lifecycle
  • Support proposal activities, billing coordination, contract support, and data maintenance
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across D365, Workday, Icertis, SharePoint, and other internal systems
  • Support reporting and compliance needs
  • Coordinate administrative support for client service teams, including scheduling, meeting logistics, and document preparation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across regions and time zones
  • Resolve operational issues, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution of tasks
  • Follow firm policies and risk protocols
  • Escalate documentation, systems, or compliance gaps when necessary
  • Develop and edit client-facing presentations, reports, and invoices
  • Support global business units through end-to-end engagement and project lifecycle activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required – BBA, B.Com or equivalent Indian or international degree
  • MBA / MCOM preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in business operations, administrative support, or shared services
  • Preferably experience within a professional-services, consulting, or GCC environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for executive and client presentations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and enterprise systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable
  • Willingness to learn complex systems and improve processes
  • Ability to utilize Artificial Intelligence tools such as Chat GPT available within firm
  • Ability to uphold Crowe’s values and act ethically and with integrity
