About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead post-merger integration engagements across pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, the first 100 days, synergy realization, and post-close stabilization
  • Direct Integration Management Office activities and cross-functional workstreams for complex, multi-functional, and cross-border transactions
  • Develop integration roadmaps, governance structures, workplans, milestones, dependencies, and decision-making processes with client leadership
  • Drive risk identification and mitigation, resolve execution barriers, and maintain accountability for critical integration priorities
  • Support operational analysis and integration-focused due diligence
  • Identify risks, quantify value-creation opportunities, and translate findings into actionable post-close priorities
  • Support technology integration planning and execution across ERP and business applications, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendors, and the IT operating model
  • Prepare and present executive-facing dashboards, status reports, synergy tracking, recommendations, and steering committee materials
  • Manage engagement scope, timelines, budgets, and quality
  • Coach and develop consultants and coordinate client, target-company, and third-party teams
  • Support proposal development and practice-building activities, including continued development of tools and methodologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of professional industry or consulting experience required
  • Experience leading complex workstreams or projects
  • Experience with ERP implementations or other technology integrations in an M&A, carve-out, transformation, or similar environment
  • Experience developing and executing cross-functional integration plans
  • Strong project management, business process analysis, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence executives, facilitate decisions, and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to lead teams, work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
