About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assess client environments through operational and shop-floor observations
  • Analyze operational, financial, and process information to identify financial opportunities
  • Develop and deploy internal controls and organizational metrics dashboards
  • Develop, manage, and lead continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Deliver training and coach and mentor Project Champions
  • Execute assigned portions of the scope of work
  • Ensure deliverables are achieved on time and within budget
  • Develop strategies, reengineer processes, and perform modeling using Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools
  • Identify business improvement opportunities, develop solutions, manage initiatives, and identify required resources and disciplines
  • Partner with clients to capture savings and deliver operational transformation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a relevant degree is required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing operations and/or consulting experience required
  • Must be willing to travel Sunday evening to Thursday evening, weekly
  • Proven track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing results
  • Ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication and influencing abilities
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities
  • Advanced degree in MBA, Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
  • Extensive operations consulting experience preferred
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and other advanced analytical tools preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; Crowe is not sponsoring work authorization
