About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead NetSuite solution design across Financials, Advanced Inventory, WMS, and Advanced Manufacturing
  • Own functional NetSuite configuration including workflows, saved searches, dashboards, custom forms, roles, and permissions
  • Guide technical teams on SuiteScript, Suitelets, and SuiteCloud architecture without performing hands-on coding
  • Design and validate data flows and interface architecture between NetSuite and external systems
  • Evaluate standard, custom, and SuiteApp solution approaches during design workshops and RTM reviews
  • Support Functional Design Documents and alignment between requirements, system design, and technical specifications
  • Lead business process mapping, gap-fit assessments, and solution documentation during the Design Phase
  • Provide configuration oversight and quality assurance for scripts, workflows, custom records, and data models
  • Serve as a cross-functional escalation point for architecture and solution design decisions
  • Work with clients and project teams across discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, supply chain, warehouse, and production stakeholders to deliver scalable ERP solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • NetSuite Certifications — Suite Foundations, Administrator and ERP Consultant required
  • 4+ years of NetSuite experience focused on solution design, module architecture, or technical oversight roles
  • Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency, or fast-scaling environments
  • Strong expertise across GL, AR/AP, Procurement, Inventory, Fulfillment, and Manufacturing modules
  • Deep knowledge of Advanced Inventory Management, WMS, and Advanced Manufacturing
  • Understanding of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and Suite Analytics
  • Ability to read, review, and advise on SuiteScript 2.x design patterns and SuiteCloud development best practices
  • Familiarity with integration frameworks such as Celigo and Boomi and data mapping processes
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations, inventory management, supply chain, order management, and related business processes
  • Strong client-facing, problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to lead and influence implementation teams and client stakeholders
  • Experience using AI tools is a plus
  • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
