About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare financial models and detailed valuation analyses using discounted cash flow, market multiples, and precedent transactions
- Perform valuations across various industries for financial reporting, tax, and consulting engagements
- Prepare valuation reports and presentations communicating results, findings, and recommendations to clients
- Gather and analyze financial data, market trends, and industry information
- Translate client data for use in Crowe’s models and analysis tools
- Maintain control over data and communicate data collection issues to the project manager
- Assist in client meetings and presentations
- Manage assigned project tasks and timelines to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Support multiple valuation projects and multitask independently
- Review third-party appraisals for audit support
- Collaborate with team members and Crowe practices to build cross-functional relationships
- Update and maintain valuation models and internal processes

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience or ability to prepare financial models and detailed valuation analyses
- Knowledge of discounted cash flow, market multiples, and precedent transactions
- Ability to perform valuations for financial reporting (ASC 350 / 360 / 805), tax, and consulting purposes
- Ability to prepare valuation reports and presentations
- Ability to gather and analyze financial data, market trends, and industry information
- Ability to use valuation models and analysis tools
- Ability to manage data gaps and communicate collection issues
- Ability to support client meetings and explain valuation methodologies and findings
- Ability to manage project tasks and timelines
- Ability to multitask across multiple valuation projects independently
- Ability to review third-party appraisals for audit support
- Ability to collaborate across teams and Crowe practices
