About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support delivery, optimization, and maintenance of Workday Recruiting and connected talent acquisition technologies, including Paradox and HiredScore
- Configure Workday business processes, notifications, condition rules, embedded analytics, sub-processes, documents, requests, and related functionality
- Lead Workday new release testing and coordinate evaluation and implementation of new features
- Build, revise, and test complex Workday reports and calculated fields
- Develop and support EIB and mass operations solutions
- Manage Workday configuration and support data integrity across assigned functional areas
- Support new Workday functionality, integrations, modules, and system enhancements, including downstream impact evaluation
- Document business requirements, solution designs, configuration decisions, and testing plans
- Partner with Talent Solutions teams to streamline and automate business processes
- Lead and support Workday adoption items, projects, and annual initiatives
- Research Workday functionality and best practices and recommend scalable solutions
- Translate business requirements into effective Workday system solutions
- Manage Workday technology requests, priorities, and status updates
- Identify and address roadblocks affecting enhancement and project delivery
- Help ensure consistent adoption of Workday processes across teams and business units
- Build stakeholder relationships across Talent Solutions, Firm IT, Finance, business leaders, and cross-functional partners
- Coordinate with internal and external technology partners to support integrations
- Support Talent Solutions projects, reporting, training, documentation, and technical needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Workday HCM configuration experience
- Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting Workday business processes, reporting, and related functionality
- Experience leading Workday enhancements, projects, testing, or implementation activities
- Workday certification preferred or required based on organizational needs
- Professionalism, diplomacy, confidentiality, and confidence in dealing with sensitive information
- High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with varying levels of stakeholders
- Strong collaboration across teams and cross-functional areas
- Ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and change
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong reporting, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Strong customer service and consultative skills
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions
- Process optimization mindset and technical curiosity
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and priorities
