About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications
- Generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation
- Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates in assigned markets
- Articulate Crown Homes' value proposition and handle objections
- Schedule candidate appointments with recruiting leadership
- Manage candidate follow-ups and touchpoints throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain and update recruitment activity records in the CRM
- Assist with administrative tasks within the Growth department
- Engage new and existing leads through creative and strategic follow-up communications
- Support a smooth and efficient recruitment process
- Work closely with the Director of Growth on recruitment and expansion efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in a sales, recruiting, or business development role is preferred
- Real estate experience is preferred
- Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
