About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain employee compliance records, training matrices and certification databases.
  • Monitor licence, training and competency expiry dates and coordinate renewals.
  • Support employee mobilisation across Ireland, the UK and Europe, including work permits, visas, A1 certificates and right-to-work documentation.
  • Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and ongoing compliance.
  • Review and maintain subcontractor insurance, training, competency and health and safety documentation.
  • Prepare client prequalification submissions and upload documentation to compliance portals.
  • Coordinate project-specific compliance documentation during mobilisation.
  • Maintain company accreditations, including ISO Management Systems, Achilles, Safe-T-Cert, Constructionline, CHAS, SafeContractor, Avetta and EcoVadis.
  • Maintain compliance trackers, reports, document control systems and action logs.
  • Assist with audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build relationships with internal departments, subcontractors, clients and external agencies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in an administration, coordination or compliance role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong document management and administrative skills.
  • Professional, confidential and solutions-focused approach.
  • Previous experience within the construction or engineering industry is desirable.
  • Experience supporting ISO Management Systems or quality management systems is desirable.
  • Experience coordinating workforce mobilisation is desirable.
  • Knowledge of subcontractor onboarding and compliance is desirable.
  • Experience working with certification or accreditation schemes is desirable.
  • Third-level qualification in Business Administration, Compliance, Construction Management or a related discipline is desirable; relevant experience will also be considered.
