About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports
Structure and model data using Power Query and DAX
Integrate multiple data sources, including SQL Server, Oracle, APIs, Excel, and Azure
Ensure data and report governance, security, and standardization
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and define KPIs
Support the definition of data architecture and BI best practices
Deliver training and knowledge transfer to user teams
Provide technical leadership for BI initiatives and support more junior teams
Take a strategic role in designing data models, integrating data sources, and transforming data into actionable insights for decision-making
Act in a consultative capacity with stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor’s degree completed
Advanced Power BI skills: DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, Power BI Service, and Row-Level Security
Dimensional and tabular data modeling
Experience with SQL, including query creation and optimization
Knowledge of ETL and data integration
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience with GCP (BigQuery, Composer, and Dataform) is a plus
Experience with Power BI CI/CD and Tabular Editor is a plus
Graduate-level education and certifications in Power BI, Data Analytics, or Azure are a plus
