About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build business cases, market and competitor intelligence, and build-vs-buy-vs-partner comparisons for senior management decisions
- Identify strategic and financial investment opportunities and conduct due diligence
- Provide ongoing support to portfolio companies
- Originate, structure, and help execute strategic partnerships and commercial arrangements
- Develop views on crypto product trends and translate them into concrete business opportunities
- Prepare materials for management discussions, client meetings, and institutional-investor engagements
- Manage relationships with potential partners across crypto and traditional finance sectors
- Use AI tooling for screening, data pulls, first-draft memos, portfolio and partner monitoring, recurring reporting, and repeatable workflows
- Provide operational support for daily operations and internal updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of working experience in financial markets
- Strong financial literacy and analytical skills
- Rigorous thinking about businesses and numbers
- Genuine interest in products, including spot/perps exchanges, RWA/tokenized-asset platforms, prediction markets, and AI
- Practical fluency with AI productivity tools; daily use of LLMs to research, draft, model, and automate
- Comfort with light scripting such as Python or similar is a plus
- Strong quantitative background
- Financial modelling capability
- Excellent organisational, time management, and planning skills
- Solid demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
