About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Treasury team
- Coordinate implementation of new bank structures, services, and control processes
- Assist with optimizing capital structure and perform simulations for senior management
- Manage bank accounts, bank relationship management, and negotiations of bank facilities
- Assist with cash forecasting and global cash management processes, including short-term funding strategies and foreign exchange execution
- Help design automated systems and processes supporting fiat and digital asset processes
- Assist with liquidity forecasts and ongoing liquidity monitoring
- Work closely with product and finance teams to optimize and streamline funding, FX, and digital asset positions
- Align risk and control processes with day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalate appropriately
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of Treasury experience is a plus; fresh graduates welcome
- Experience with V-Lookup, Tableau and SQL (or equivalent)
- Strong Excel skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Strong work ethic and ability to be productive and successful in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify issues and propose solutions to complex or non-standard situations
- Digital asset familiarity is an advantage
