About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end fiat product strategy for Crypto.com's Futures Commission Merchant and regulated US trading platform
- Own the banking-rail strategy across markets, currencies, and business lines
- Define payment rails, banking partners, customer-fund segregation and settlement models, and money movement flows
- Maintain accountability for Total Funds Flow, acceptance rates, settlement speed, and cost per transaction
- Own fiat funding and withdrawal experiences, including customer fund segregation, margin funding flows, operational data, and regulatory reporting
- Select and integrate payment rails including ACH, FedWire, FedNow/RTP, SEPA, SEPA Instant, and FPS
- Lead strategic bank assessments, commercial negotiations, and technical integrations
- Build and optimize global banking and payment infrastructure
- Optimize transaction speed, liquidity, settlement, pay-in acceptance, processor relationships, fraud rules, and compliance logic
- Design and own dynamic payment routing and orchestration logic
- Build compliant fiat solutions for institutional trading clients, including segregated accounts, high-value wire processing, and bulk payout APIs
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams and stakeholders across engineering, legal, compliance, finance, and senior leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Direct experience with a CFTC/NFA-regulated FCM, futures broker, or regulated trading platform
- Familiarity with customer fund segregation, margin funding, and regulatory fund-handling obligations
- Deep hands-on knowledge of payment rails across multiple markets, including US ACH, FedWire, FedNow/RTP and ideally EU SEPA and SEPA Instant
- Experience with direct bank integrations and commercial partnership negotiation
- Exposure to specialized banking charters such as SPDI is a strong plus
- 7–10+ years of product leadership experience, with at least 7 years focused on payment infrastructure, core banking, or regulated trading/brokerage products
- Demonstrated success building and scaling payment rails in a high-volume, real-time environment
- Track record of leading payment orchestration and dynamic routing logic in production
- Experience building fiat solutions for institutional clients, including segregated accounts, wire processing, and bulk APIs
- Technical acumen across complex API products, data flows, and payment-protocol integrations
- Hands-on experience with core banking platforms and/or payment-scheme integrations such as ACH, FedWire, SEPA, SWIFT, and FPS
- Ability to work across APAC, EU, and US time zones
- Strong people management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, legal, compliance, finance, and senior leadership
