About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the primary Level 3 escalation point for complex network infrastructure, routing, and security configuration issues across on-premise data centers and AWS environments
Design, configure, and optimize FortiGate Firewalls, Cisco ASA Firewalls, and Akamai WAF / Anti-DDoS solutions
Identify and resolve network issues, bottlenecks, and vulnerabilities across Arista switches, Cisco routers, F5 Load Balancers, and Infoblox DNS/DHCP
Develop and maintain documentation covering network topology, hybrid cloud designs, security configurations, and operational SOPs
Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement Infrastructure as Code and automate network deployments and security workflows
Research and leverage AI and automation tools such as Tines, N8N, and Dify for security orchestration and network task automation
Provide non-office-hour escalation support during major live cutovers or critical network emergencies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical disciplines
CCNP, CCIE, AWS Advanced Networking, CISSP, or equivalent practical experience preferred
Proven experience executing complex, live Data Center to AWS migration cutovers under strict timeframes with minimal operational risk
Hands-on experience with FortiGate Firewalls, Cisco ASA Firewalls, and Akamai WAF / Anti-DDoS
Experience with Arista core and access switches, Cisco routers, AWS DirectConnect, and AWS VPC Networking
Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, IPsec, HSRP, and QoS
Experience with F5 Load Balancers (LTM/GTM) and Infoblox (DNS/DHCP)
Experience with IaC and automation/AI tools such as N8N, Dify, and Tines is a strong advantage
Strong time management

Ability to work independently
