About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and own a pipeline of VIP retail traders suited to event contracts and crypto/equity perpetuals
Drive the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, conversion, onboarding, and ongoing high-touch coverage
Source high-value traders from competitor venues and convert them through positioning on liquidity, fees, user experience, and regulatory advantages
Guide VIPs to the appropriate product mix across prediction markets, crypto perps, and equity perps
Reactivate dormant top traders using data-driven outreach and bespoke incentives
Provide day-to-day coverage through Telegram, Discord, and calls; resolve issues and liaise with Support, Risk, and Operations
Monitor client activity and provide structured product, margin, fee, and UX feedback to Product and Growth
Achieve and report VIP KPIs including volume, active traders, acquisitions, winbacks, and competitor migration
Represent the brand in trader communities and at conferences and events
Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasts and document material client interactions

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5+ years in client-facing VIP sales, retail derivatives coverage, or business development at a crypto exchange, CFD broker, prediction market, sportsbook VIP desk, or similar
Existing network of high-volume individual traders in crypto perps, event markets, or equity derivatives
Fluency in how retail/prosumer traders use perps and event contracts, including leverage, margin modes, funding, and fees
Proven ability to source cold leads, close, and monetize VIP relationships against volume or revenue targets
Comfort in a regulated US (CFTC) environment
Series 3 preferred or obtainable within 60 days
High EQ and white-glove instincts
Excellent written and oral English; local language is a plus
VIP or derivatives sales at named exchanges or a regulated prediction market is nice to have
Background in sportsbook/gaming VIP acquisition or high-stakes player management is nice to have
Familiarity with prediction markets and event-driven trading is nice to have
Active presence in crypto or trader communities is nice to have
Exposure to US-compliant perpetual-style futures versus offshore perps is nice to have
