About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the IT project portfolio and lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives—from planning to execution and delivery
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across departments to define scope, goals, and deliverables
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Perform IT Controls, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status and updates to leadership and key stakeholders in regular meetings and steering committees
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in IT project management (3+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, infrastructure, and enterprise systems
- Development and/or IT operations background is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Project management certification is a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Right to work in Switzerland: Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship
