About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform data collection, processing, consolidation, and validation activities, ensuring the quality and reliability of management information
- Monitor performance indicators, identifying trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare management reports, analyses, and presentations to support management and decision-making
- Build, develop, and maintain dashboards and management tools using Power BI and Python
- Analyze large volumes of data, transforming information into relevant business indicators and analyses
- Develop automation solutions to optimize processes, reduce manual tasks, and increase departmental productivity
- Structure and maintain databases, ensuring data consistency, traceability, and currency
- Serve as the department’s technical reference for Python and Power BI, supporting knowledge sharing and the advancement of management tools
- Propose continuous improvements to information management processes by incorporating new technologies and analytical methodologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- A postgraduate degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Finance, or a related field will be considered an advantage
- Proficiency in Python for data processing, manipulation, and analysis; automation development; and information integration
- Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and the development of management dashboards
- Knowledge of database structuring and integration across different information sources
- Knowledge of performance indicators, management reporting, and data analysis
- Knowledge of finance concepts, financial and economic indicators, and results analysis will be considered an advantage
- Familiarity with data governance, process documentation, and development best practices
