About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop foundational knowledge of the firm's wealth management products and services
- Assist Financial Advisors in delivering consistent service to members, including managing inquiries when the Advisor is unavailable
- Support scheduling and coordination of the Financial Advisor's appointment calendar
- Provide administrative assistance with member interactions and order processing as licensure and experience allow
- Coordinate daily workflow and appointment management for assigned Financial Advisors
- Respond to member inquiries and escalate concerns appropriately
- Maintain awareness of current wealth management product offerings and updates
- Perform operational and administrative duties as assigned to support team efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant coursework or internship experience considered
- Series 7 license preferred; candidates actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply
- Life/Health Insurance licensing a plus
- Familiarity with platforms such as Charles Schwab or LPL; Redtail is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, self-starting attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the financial services industry
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
