About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the prospective-member experience from first contact through onboarding
  • Serve as the first point of contact for phone, email, and online inquiries
  • Qualify inquiries and connect prospects with the appropriate advisor
  • Guide new members through onboarding and handoff to their advisory team
  • Improve the prospect experience and remove friction
  • Partner with advisors to identify members who would benefit from additional services
  • Conduct outreach around reviews, renewals, and planning opportunities
  • Follow up after appointments to explain the full range of available services
  • Build and run a referral program
  • Analyze member records, meeting insights, and firm data to prioritize outreach
  • Capture insights to improve future conversations
  • Maintain accurate prospect and member activity records in the CRM
  • Track and report appointments and referral results
  • Meet growth targets for appointments and referrals
  • Collaborate with advisory, operations, legal, and marketing teams
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns for existing members and prospects
  • Train and support colleagues on prospect experience and qualification standards
  • Report to the Chief Revenue Officer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and a clear point of view on where they help
  • 3+ years in a client-facing role within financial services, tax, professional services, or a comparable relationship-driven environment
  • Sales experience preferred, though not required for candidates with a demonstrated record of generating appointments, referrals, or new business
  • Excellent phone presence with the ability to build trust quickly and qualify without pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and the discipline to follow a process consistently at high volume
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and comfort working with data and reporting
  • Initiative and a member-first mindset
  • Ability to travel between offices as needed
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • SIE, Series 65/66, or insurance licensure a plus but not required
