About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implement the global IFM strategy across all sites through structured processes and industry best standards
Lead the external service provider ecosystem and governance
Define and ensure delivery against SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards
Drive cost, service quality, and operational performance
Act as escalation point for critical operational and supplier issues
Manage supplier relationships with chosen Global IFM Partners and ensure service delivery meets expectations
Seek continuous improvement and outstanding hard and soft services, including digitalization innovations
Ensure Global IFM Partners follow contractual obligations, scope of work, and KPIs
Ensure global standardization across IFM services wherever possible
Collaborate with Facility Heads across CSL locations and senior stakeholders
Foster operational efficiency and eliminate non-value-added activities
Complete other duties assigned by senior management

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree
Master’s degree in business administration, Tech or relevant field (preferred)
Demonstrated strong experience negotiating, implementing, transitioning, stabilizing and then transforming Global IFM Services
Experience with implementing digitalization and sustainability initiatives in FM operations and SAP tools is very encouraged
Strategic approach and ability to make tough decisions under pressure
Negotiation and commercial skills
Ability to prioritize, lead and empower local teams and interface regularly and easily with senior management and partners
Budget and cost management skills
Willingness to travel across the globe, potentially up to 50 days/year
Proficient English
Compliance with CSL Behring’s Safety Program, including Health and Safety mandates and OSHA requirements
