About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work in a collaborative environment, maintaining effective communication and coordination with fund administrators, tenants, property managers, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate the implementation of control practices focused on managing the funds’ asset life cycles, ensuring maintenance, preservation, and technical and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and monitor action plans for construction and renovation projects, supporting the regularization and implementation of improvements to assets
  • Technically and documentarily monitor the portfolio’s real estate assets, ensuring that management actions preserve their integrity and contribute to maintaining their market value
  • Lead technical assessments, prepare reports and Power BI dashboards, and propose solutions to optimize operating costs and prevent asset depreciation
  • Provide technical support for cost estimates, coordinate technical site visits, and define strategies for the physical and documentary regularization of assets
  • Propose and monitor action plans related to the regularization and improvement of assets
  • Conduct technical assessments and ensure prompt, well-supported responses
  • Align strategic or financially significant decisions in advance with Fund Management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning
  • Experience in the technical management of real estate assets, including technical and document monitoring and construction project management
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI for technical reporting and data analysis
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • AutoCAD (preferred)
  • Strong technical writing skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Intermediate English (a plus)
