Key responsibilities & impact

Work on consulting projects, computer simulations, and the preparation of technical reports.
Conduct building energy efficiency simulations using EnergyPlus software.
Interpret architectural and engineering plans, considering HVAC, lighting, and other building systems.
Develop energy efficiency analyses based on LEED and PBE Edifica criteria.
Prepare technical reports, present findings, and recommend improvements to clients.
Support the preparation of commercial proposals and service pricing.
Plan and monitor projects, tracking deadlines, identifying obstacles, and communicating risks.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
At least 5 years of experience in building energy efficiency.
Knowledge of EnergyPlus and LEED and PBE Edifica certifications.
Knowledge of HVAC and lighting systems, as well as the ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; VBA knowledge is a plus.
Analytical, proactive, and organized profile.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical findings.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
