About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work in a collaborative environment, maintaining effective communication and coordination with fund administrators, tenants, property managers, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate the implementation of control practices for managing the fund’s asset life cycle, ensuring maintenance, preservation, and technical and regulatory compliance
- Develop and monitor action plans for construction projects, regulatory compliance, and the implementation of improvements
- Technically and documentarily monitor the portfolio’s real estate assets, preserving their integrity and market value
- Lead technical assessments, prepare reports and Power BI dashboards, and propose solutions to optimize operating costs and prevent depreciation
- Provide technical support for cost estimates, coordinate technical site visits, and define strategies for physical and documentary regularization
- Propose and monitor action plans related to asset regularization and improvement
- Conduct technical assessments and ensure prompt, well-supported responses
- Align strategic decisions or decisions with significant financial impact in advance with Fund Management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning
- Experience in technical real estate asset management, including documentary and technical monitoring and construction management
- Basic knowledge of Power BI for technical reporting and data analysis
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- AutoCAD (preferred)
- Strong technical writing skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Intermediate English (a plus)
- Availability to work as an independent contractor (PJ)
