About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Functional responsibility for the digital learning systems landscape and its strategic development internationally
Manage and strategically develop the digital learning systems landscape in an international corporate environment
Further develop and implement standards and processes worldwide in the current LMS, “Time4You”
Develop a business case and decision matrix for system selection (SuccessFactors Learning versus alternatives such as imc)
Manage complex requirements in collaboration with key users
Develop and implement global rollout strategies for additional group companies
Coordinate interfaces between Würth IT, Würth Business Academy, and companies worldwide
Analyze system usage and prepare KPI reports and dashboards, for example using Power BI

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience managing, rolling out, and further developing digital learning technologies and modern Learning Management Systems in an international environment
Proven expertise in project and process management
Experience in requirements analysis, stakeholder management, change management, and rollout strategies
Strong affinity for IT and digital technologies
Understanding of interfaces, data structures, and system architectures
Excellent diplomatic and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage with international stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior corporate management
Fluent German and English, with professional-level negotiation skills
