About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Subject-matter responsibility for the digital learning systems landscape and its strategic development internationally
- Manage and strategically develop the digital learning systems landscape in an international corporate environment
- Further develop and implement standards and processes worldwide in the current LMS, “Time4You”
- Develop a business case and decision matrix for system selection (SuccessFactors Learning versus alternatives such as imc)
- Manage complex requirements in collaboration with key users
- Develop and implement global rollout strategies for additional group companies
- Act as the link and coordinate interfaces between Würth IT, Würth Business Academy, and group companies worldwide
- Analyze system usage and create KPI reports and dashboards, e.g., using Power BI
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of professional experience managing, rolling out, and further developing digital learning technologies and modern Learning Management Systems in an international environment
- Demonstrated expertise in project and process management
- Experience in requirements analysis, stakeholder management, change management, and rollout strategies
- Strong affinity for IT and technology
- Understanding of interfaces, data structures, and system architectures
- Diplomatic skills, strong negotiation abilities, and confidence when dealing with international stakeholders at various levels of seniority, including executive management
- Business-fluent German and English
