About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process client enquiries and orders
- Prepare and follow up on trade fairs and training courses, and participate when necessary
- Advise customers regarding the assortment
- Coordinate production and delivery dates
- Maintain constant contact with field staff, service staff, accounting, and other departments
- Ensure legally compliant shipment of dangerous goods
- Prepare all export documents
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience in sales, preferably in the bicycle or sports sector
- Ideally, German as your native language or comparable language skills
- Very good language skills in Polish
- English skills are an advantage
- Organizational talent
- Ability to work in a team

- Ability to work independently
- Basic technical understanding
