About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and triage incoming NDAs against playbook positions, escalating only where needed
- Own and maintain contract templates and the contract management and execution process
- Draft, review, and manage standard vendor, supplier, and customer commercial agreements
- Ensure documentation is produced accurately and on time
- Handle corporate filings and company secretarial administration
- Use AI-assisted tools for document review, drafting, and legal administration
- Progress with guidance from senior counsel into supporting negotiations
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Product
- Work across departmental lines rather than within a single practice-area silo
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified solicitor or barrister with approximately 1 year PQE, or legal executive with approximately 2 years' relevant legal experience
- Strong academic and professional grounding in contract law and commercial drafting
- Curious, commercially minded, and energised by variety
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
- Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
- Collegiate and strong team player
- Comfortable with a high volume of administration-heavy work
- Organised, precise, and a clear communicator with non-legal stakeholders
- Open to AI-augmented ways of working and comfortable adopting new tools
- Interest in international/cross-border commercial matters is a plus, not a requirement
