Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must reside in Arizona (no exceptions)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
  • 0–2 years of accounting or audit experience; internships or part-time experience are a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills with a positive attitude
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
  • Interested in pursuing and obtaining a CPA license in the future
  • Ability and willingness to travel significantly during Q1
