About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set and own Curri's product vision and roadmap
- Embed AI natively into dispatch, routing, pricing, and support workflows
- Establish ROI discipline, value opportunities, and prioritize product bets
- Define success metrics, instrument shipped features, and compare actual results with estimates
- Translate company strategy into a focused product plan with the executive team
- Partner with Engineering on trade-offs, execution, and rapid releases
- Engage customers through advisory boards, key-account conversations, roadmap pitches, demos, and enterprise sales calls
- Handle product objections and gaps, shape enterprise contract commitments, and feed win/loss insights into the roadmap
- Own quality for AI-driven features, including evaluations, failure modes, cost, latency, and guardrails
- Set AI-assisted working standards for the PM team and accelerate prototyping
- Lead and grow the product management team from three PMs toward four to six
- Collaborate with Engineering, Growth, Operations, Sales, and the executive team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in product
- 4+ years managing product managers
- Track record of growing into product leadership with real scope
- Ability to set a clear, customer-backed product vision
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, including demos, product objections, RFPs, and security or integration reviews
- Experience building business cases for product investments and using opportunity sizing for prioritization
- Strong product analytics skills, including defining metrics, using PostHog or SQL, running experiments, and staged rollouts
- Experience shipping AI or ML features to production, including evals, edge cases, and adoption
- Fluency with current AI tools and ability to build prototypes
- Hands-on leadership style with executive communication and cross-functional influence
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Product leadership experience at a marketplace company is a bonus
- Experience building agentic or automation products in logistics, marketplaces, or field services is a bonus
- Experience building or scaling a product organization at a similar growth stage is a bonus
- Experience introducing ROI modeling or opportunity sizing to a product team is a bonus
