About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the central point of contact for educators using Curriculum Associates’ products and services
  • Provide proactive implementation support for assigned implementations using efficiency tools and planned outreach
  • Provide responsive service to educators needing assistance with program implementation
  • Use account support plans, efficiency tools, and processes to provide educator support and ongoing communication
  • Set up assigned educator accounts for successful implementation and onboard accounts within expected timeframes
  • Partner with internal team members to establish implementation plans
  • Use implementation health data to identify and address areas of concern with internal team members and educators
  • Guide educators in analyzing student performance and growth data in the i-Ready platform
  • Manipulate i-Ready Assessment and Instruction data in Excel to help educators understand implementation success
  • Fulfill ad hoc reporting needs based on territory requirements
  • Help secure account renewals through relationships with key decision makers and high-quality educator service
  • Identify product expansion opportunities and partner with sales team members to expand existing accounts
  • Support territory pilot strategy with new and existing users to achieve strong conversion rates
  • Incorporate company Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion messaging in internal and educator-facing conversations
  • Travel periodically for school visits, educator events, and company national and regional meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year or more experience in customer service, sales, or teaching, or a combination
  • Combination of education and experience proving competency in the requirements of the role
  • Proficiency with Outlook, SalesForce.com, Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS365)
  • Strong oral and written listening and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-centric skills
  • Ability to learn and incorporate new and complex concepts quickly
  • Ability to work independently, with some direction, and collaboratively in a team environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow complicated directions
  • Effective decision-making, ownership, and accountability; ability to handle ambiguity and stressful situations and pressing deadlines
  • Integrity, ethical standards, and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical capability
  • Ability to start within 30 days after offer acceptance
  • Ability to support CST and EST hours
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Marketing/Business
  • Preferred but not required: 2 years or more experience in customer service, sales, or teaching, or a combination
  • Preferred but not required: Previous experience as a K-12 Educator, in Education Sales, or in Customer Management
